To order by mail, simply print out, complete, and send the mail-order
form with your personal check or money order (drawn on a US bank),
or complete credit card information. Foreign orders must be paid in
US dollars, and payable without fee at a US bank.

welcome purchase orders (60 days net) from qualified libraries and educational
institutions. Please include a purchase-order or other authorization number,

will appear on your bank statement as "Mainspring Press."
Return
Policy:
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you are welcome
to return it in new condition within 30 days of shipping date for a refund.
Return postage within the U.S. will be refunded at actual cost via USPS
Media Mail only. Foreign refunds are subject to a 25% deduction to defray
shipping, processing, and currency conversion costs. Foreign customs fee
and taxes are not refundable.
Returns must be postmarked no later than 30 days from shipping date shown on your receipt. Please enclose a copy of your receipt or invoice with all returns. Marked, soiled, or damaged merchandise (other than defective items, items damaged in shipment, or items sold specifically as seconds) are not returnable.
