RETURNS POLICY

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, return it in new condition, postmarked within 30 days of our shipping date, for a refund of your purchase price.

Refunds will be issued only for items that were purchased directly from Mainspring Press or mspBooks. All other items should be returned to place of purchase.

Refund Method — Visa, Mastercard or Pay Pal: Refunds will be made directly to the account to which the purchase was charged. Check or Money Order: Refund will be made by check.

Return Postage — U.S. and Possessions: Return postage within the U.S. will be reimbused at actual cost via USPS Media Mail. Other methods of return shipping will be reimbursed only up to actual USPS Media Mail cost as determined by weight.

Return Postage — Foreign: We will reimburse one-half of the original shipping cost. Return shipping costs will not be reimbursed. Full original and return shipping costs will be reimbursed in the case of replacement-in-kind for damaged or defective items. Foreign customs fees and taxes paid by the recipient are not refundable by Mainspring Press; contact your local taxing authority for information on tax and customs refunds.

To Ensure Your Refund: Returns must be postmarked no later than 30 days from the shipping date shown on your receipt. Please enclose a copy of your Mainspring Press receipt with all returns. Marked, soiled, shopworn, or damaged merchandise (other than defective items, items damaged in shipment, or items sold specifically as seconds) are not returnable.
