Order with confidence worldwide, using our secure shopping cart with Visa, MasterCard, or PayPal. Online transactions are processed by SecureNet and PayPal using advanced SSL encryption.
To
order by mail:
Print out, complete, and send the mail-order form with your personal check or money order (payable on a US bank), or your credit card information (for your safety, we do not retain any credit card data at our offices).
Distributors and dealers:
Discounts and credit terms are available to qualified distributors and resellers. A tax-exempt number and verifiable business address are required. See the purchase order page for current rates and terms.
Institutional orders:
We welcome purchase orders (60 days net) from non-profit libraries and educational institutions. Please include a purchase-order or other authorization number, as well as complete contact information. Mainspring Press titles may also be ordered through YBP, Blackwell's, and other major library distributors.
Guarantee and Returns:
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, return it in new condition, postmarked within 30 days of our shipping date, for a refund of your purchase price.
Refunds will be issued only for items that were purchased directly from Mainspring Press or mspBooks. All other items should be returned to place of purchase.
Refund
Methods:
For Visa, Mastercard or Pay Pal Purchases: Refunds will
be made directly to the account to which the purchase was charged.
For Check or Money Order Purchases: Refunds will be made
by check.
Return
Postage Reimbursement:
From U.S. and Possessions:
Return postage within the U.S.and its possessions will be reimbursed at
USPS Media Mail rates. If you use another method of return shipping, you
will be reimbursed only up to the comparable Media Mail rate as determined
by weight.
From outside the U.S.: Original
shipping cost and return shipping cost will be reimbursed in full for
damaged or defective items returned for replacement-in-kind. For all other
foreign returns, we reimburse one-half of the original shipping cost,
but do not reimburse return shipping costs. Foreign customs fees and taxes
paid by the recipient are not refundable by Mainspring Press; contact
your local taxing authority for information on tax and customs refunds.
To
Ensure Your Refund:
Be sure your package is postmarked no later than 30 days from shipping
date shown on your receipt, and be sure to enclose a copy of your Mainspring
Press receipt. No refunds will be made for marked, soiled, shopworn, or
damaged merchandise (other than defective items, items damaged in shipment,
or items sold specifically as seconds).
