TERMS:

60-day net invoice terms are offered to qualified distributors, and institutions. Institutional discounts are not offered at this time.

We also welcome Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, or checks/money orders payable in U.S. dollars at a U.S. bank.

Customers outside the U.S. must prepay their orders in full.

Mainspring Press reserves the right to decline credit at its sole discretion.

LATE PAYMENTS:

Simple interest of 5% per month will accrue past-due balances. Payments not received within 90 business days of our shipping date will be referred for collection.

Please Note: A valid tax-exempt number is required to qualify for reseller terms. Specials, and items from publishers others than Mainspring Press, are not eligible for discounts. Please write or e-mail us with any questions before ordering.

Return Policies: Books purchased at returnable rates may be returned for a cash refund within 60 calendar days of our shipment date and must be in new, saleable condition. Refunds will not be made on marked, shopworn, or damaged books (other than those with manufacturer defects), or on returns postmarked later than 60 calendar days from our shipping date. Return postage is at buyer's risk and expense. Books purchased at non-returnable rates may be returned only in the case of defective copies, which will be exchanged for the same title(s).

Customers outside the U.S: Orders must be prepaid in full. A 25% deduction will be taken from all foreign refunds to offset our shipping, processings, and currency conversion costs. Customs fees and taxes are not refundable. In the case of paper payments, shipment will be held until payment has fully cleared the issuing bank. Due to fraud and security concerns, we do not accept orders from certain nations. Shipping costs, insurance, and delivery tracking are at buyer's expense for foreign shipments. Please e-mail us in advance for further information.

INSTITUTIONAL PURCHASE ORDERS

We accept purchase orders from qualified libraries and educational institutions. Terms are 60-days net from date of invoice. Institutional purchase orders must include a p.o. or other authorization number, name and department of purchaser, and full contact information. Returns must be postmarked within 60 calendar days of our shipping date, and must be in unused condition, to qualify for a refund. We do not offer institutional discounts at this time.

Mainspring Press titles may also be ordered through most standard distributors, including Blackwell's and YBP, but to avoid mark-ups and delays, we recommend that you order directly from us.
